"Perhaps by Goan standards this place is good, but despite its picture-postcard setting, I think it’s over-priced and lacking basic facilities. My room was lacking some obvious amenities including a fridge, bath mat, hair dryer, tissues, phone. All pretty standard for a “3+ star” hotel, even in India, no? "Hands down the worst and most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my entire life. Mould covered every suffice, including pillows and mattress. Toilet didn't flush and no hot water from the filthy, black taps or shower. Sheets hadn't been washed, never mind beds, made. Blood marks on my unwashed towel and I was refused toilet roll or soap for the sink. Any complaint I made fell on deaf ears and when I checked out early after one night, I was refused a refund. It's fit for no one."
