"Better than expected. Clean. Roomie. Lovely staff. Except for the too hard pillows, very comfortable. I liked the small balcony. The A/C worked very well. A few improvements would be nice. Like sugar with the complimentary coffee.. a spoon too.. a glass for the free water.. and conditioner for hair. I'd stay again "

My room was lacking some obvious amenities including a fridge, bath mat, hair dryer, tissues, phone. All pretty standard for a “3+ star” hotel, even in India, no? "Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet."

"Hands down the worst and most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my entire life. Mould covered every suffice, including pillows and mattress. Toilet didn't flush and no hot water from the filthy, black taps or shower. Sheets hadn't been washed, never mind beds, made. Blood marks on my unwashed towel and I was refused toilet roll or soap for the sink. Any complaint I made fell on deaf ears and when I checked out early after one night, I was refused a refund. It's fit for no one."
