"This has been my second stay at Hotel Abest Shinanjo Ekimae for business. It is one of those basic but functional three star provincial business hotels. It is very conveniently located within a 2min walk from the train station and within a stone’s throw of very good local restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and speaks reasonable English considering the area."

"Property is old but probably still the best hotel in the area. Heater in room was difficult to maintain consistent temperature. Room furnishings are dated and some are damaged. The public bath, sauna and other relaxation offerings are nice. However, when it comes to amenities of any kind forget it. All you get is a toothbrush and q tips. The hotel is directly across the street from Mikawa Anjo Tokaido line Shinkansen station. Not many restaurants in the area. Lastly, no tattoos in public bath....
