"The Villa & surroundings were lovely. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms but not main living areas which did make the living area quite hot but it was it was a lovely stay. Kitchen was very well stocked & the villa was very clean. We would consider returning to the villa for our next stay."

"Our host Nicole had everything covered to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was inviting and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Nicole also provided beach towels, beach chair and an umbrella so we could enjoy the beach to the fullest. Couldn't have asked for anything more, it was perfect!"

"Amazing price for what you get. Full kitchen and dinning living room area. Two bedrooms with large beds (King and Queen) Easy to drive to spectacular beaches in Speigthtown, Holetown and Mullins Beach (best). There are beaches just down the Maynard road at Port St.Charles. Air conditioning in bedrooms is more than adequate. Parking is on driveway or a few houses down. Had no issues with parking. The area is quiet and a few new building are being built. Enter the area beside the sun farm. Preferred. One of the advantages of being in a real neighbourhood is that home owners are more respectful of neighbours so they keep the noise to a minimum and look out for each other. The property has COY Fish, Fun Monkeys, Hummingbirds, Small black birds and cute gecko's. The house was mostly bug free. The bathroom window needs a screen. This accommodation is in easy distance to Holetown (upscale), Speightown (more a local town with Jordans a local supermarket with lower prices) and Mullins beach. These beaches have easy swims and have lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is a beach club in Holetown and Mullins beach. You will be a very quick drive to The wildlife park (Monkeys, Tortoises, deer, sheep and a myriad of other tropical creatures and rain forest. Across the street from park is a 15 walk to see the Atlantic Ocean. Car or uber or taxi recommended at property. Main roads are hard to walk on safely with cars zooming at 70KPH with little space to walk. Highly Recommended 5/5"

"Our party of 9 women thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for us. Rooms were very comfortable. When we weren't out enjoying the island, we spent time on the outside patios or in the pool. In the evening, we played cards in the upstairs living area with all the windows and doors open to enjoy the evening breeze. The sunsets were awesome. The property manager was there to greet us when we arrived and was most helpful if we needed anything during our stay. We highly recommend using the services of Lindrey (chef) and Dorius (housekeeper). We decided we didn't want to be driving at night so we had all our evening meals at the villa. Lindrey's meals were restaurant quality. We had a bar-b-que outside in the gazebo one evening. He also made us breakfast every morning before we set out on our days' adventures. And it was great to come home to a very clean home, courtesy of Dorius. We walked to the nearby beach and visited Kelman's market multiple times for snacks, beverages and other necessities. During the winter, there is not much of a beach near the house; it is always high tide. But a 5-minute drive down the road there's a great public beach where we spent the day. The location of the villa may be a disadvantage to some, but we prefer to be outside the big cities and away from the noise and busyness in order to relax. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again."
