"A great place to stay with welcoming hosts. It has a great layout, a well stocked kitchen, three good sized rooms and a lovely outdoor area to relax in. Our stay was during a really hot period and the air con doesn't reach upstairs, maybe some fans in future would be helpful but otherwise, I highly recommend this place. The location allows you to explore the Basque area super quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Welcome was nice and very gentle from Mr Guffroy. Location is just nearby the railways and even if the train is not every 10mn it is not so peaceful. Overall cleanliness is a real issue mostly everywhere. Moisture, dishes not clean, bathroom not clean and problems with the shower, bedrooms not clean as well, laundry is not ready and clean… Garden was like savage garden, kitchen window with humidity, parking lot dangerous and bbq not usable. "The house is exactly as described in the listing and more! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all the kitchen equipment you'd need. The outside space is lovely with a great view of the golf course. Check in was a bit confusing for us as there are two entrances to the Golf Residences which we didn't realise, so we ended up at the wrong one. Jocelyn helpfully sent up a dropped pin and we finally found the property. The location is lovely, but a good 20 minute walk to the beach...
