"Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. "We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Midland! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The house is incredibly roomy, with plenty of space for our entire family, including my teen kids and my parents.The family room was the highlight for us! "The property was very comfortable and well maintained and well provisioned. During the process of check in there was a little bit of a hiccup but one of the hosts showed up almost immediately and took care of the problem. In the end we couldn't be happier with our overall stay I'd stay there again in a heartbeat."

"We needed a rental that allowed dogs due to an outpatient medical procedure that my husband was having. We booked this rental due to how close it is to the hospital (about 5 minutes) and I-20. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The fenced yard was also nice for our pups. I would definitely stay here again!!"
