"Everything at the Norwich location was good, including friendly staff and a nice breakfast, so I don't have any complaints, though I do have one suggestion. In the room, there were four bottles of purified water, with a sign saying to "help yourself" but also that the bottles were $3.00 each. Everyone knows you can buy a whole case of 24 bottles for under $6.00, so why not offer them at $1.00 each, or better yet, offer two bottles per room for free? Giving people that free water is going to give you far more return in goodwill than the less than $2.00 it's going to cost you to provide them. Again, loved the place and our stay, just wanted to offer a suggestion. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to its warm and friendly atmosphere. The hospitality was great, and one of the standout experiences was breakfast. The Italian chef Stephano truly made each morning felt like having breakfast with family. His kindness and big heart shone through in the way he welcomed guests, making sure everyone started their day with a smile. THAT IS TOP-TIER. The variety of breakfast options was great, catering to different tastes. I stayed in one of the suites, and it was impressively spacious. However, adding some cookware to the in-room kitchen setup would be a nice touch and i tub in the bathroom.(guessing i got a accessible room) The hotel’s indoor pool was a great feature, but it should have been in working condition. I was looking forward to using that. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I’d recommend this hotel to visiting Travellers to Ct. Windsor.The hospitality, especially at breakfast, truly made a lasting impression. "
