"The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We weren’t able to get the airport shuttle, but just did an uber for about $6 USD. The next day we took their Tuk Tuk back to airport, and that was really fun for under $2 USD. It was absolutely worth it to get out of the airport for that night, and have a bed and a warm shower before our next flight. The bottle waters were greatly appreciated. "Good: Excellent and free airport pickup and drop off service. Overall excellent value for money. Staff really do their best to maximize guest comfort over anything else (so, they will put travellers in single rooms instead of sharing if the hotel isn't full and will keep breakfast open a bit past the 10:30 cutoff for guests who arrived very late at night). "Traveled with my family (6 pax) and reached there in the middle of the night. Stayed there only for the night as we had to leave for Kandy the next morning. Had trouble finding the hotel, quite isolated and a little far from the main road. Nothing to do in the area. The room was nice with comfortable beds, the bathroom was beautiful and spacious but there's a horrible stench which we could not identify the source. Staff were excellent and very accommodating, super friendly (big plus for me!)....
