"My first room was horrible. The shower head was separating from the wall, there was mold in the shower, and there was a smell in the room. Once, I reported the conditions to the hotel front desk another room was assigned to me. I have to admit my disappointment, because the Marriott brand is associated with quality. I stay at Marriott hotels because worries about cleanliness is taken off the table."
