"This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. "Our stay at the villa was amazing. We only stayed for one night and wished we had stayed longer. Francesca was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely in the morning . "Absolutely loved this accomodation! Had everything we needed. Milk , cereal, juices , bread , biscuits . There was microwave to use . We had room to park the car too. Good location for walking to see sights , and very close to Swiss border. Restaurants , pharmacy and supermarkets nearby . And also close to bike and walking trail along the river ."
