"I'm very glad I stayed here. Everything was nice, clean, and even a little stylish. This is a nice hotel. The two staff I interacted with were both very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't have it. The bathroom was nice. They give you a vanity package which came in handy and was appreciated, including emory board, hair tie, shower cap, etc. They have good tea in the room and an electric kettle. "Piacevole soggiorno di tre notti. La struttura è buona, il personale molto gentile, ampia scelta a colazione e buona qualità del ristorante alla sera. "We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. "Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area. Swimming pool is lovely but not alll the water features worked. Overall a lovely hotel and really recommend "

Above average experience, very nice

The pillows were very nice and there was even an extra body pillow which was great, again, very much appreciated. The room totally darkens, too. This place was better than I was expecting. I would happily stay here again and I definitely recommend it. "
