"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"Emily’s Apartment, was perfect for our seven day stay in Viana do Castelo. Luisa and José met us upon our arrival and directed to our parking space. They also aquatinted us to the apartment. Nos quedamos desde el día viernes hasta el domingo. Y tener en cuenta las camas son para niños de hasta 7años, porque son como 1.20 o 1.30 y las luces de la cocina y sala solo iban una. "This property is close to so many great resources and is not a bad walk to the central space and old town of Braga. There are lots of college students out late at night but they were fine. We felt 100% safe at all times and loved the convenience of this location. There is no elevator so be ready to walk up stairs. It’s a small but very comfortable space and great balconies."
