"Amazing service all around! The staff was excellent and always polite and accommodating. They even surprised my husband with a birthday cake on his birthday, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. The rooms were very clean and bed and pillows were super comfy. The morning breakfast was delicious with so many options, including local cuisine favorites. Location was great too, very close to night market and close to lantern boats on the river. Such an amazing city and hotel. We will definitely come back and stay here again! "

"Very charming beautiful hotel, meticulous landscape and locate in the heart of ancient town. Restaurants, coffee shops, tailored clothing shops are everywhere. Pool is wonderful and clean, breakfast is plenty with a lot of choices. Night time is magical with lights and colorful lanterns, so romantic to sit on the boat and travel along the river at night. "The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Every member of staff including the cleaning staff upwards were extremely friendly and polite. They were magnificent - everyone. There was a lot of noise from the pool area all day and evenings every day, which slightly marred our stay. Many guests stayed for just a few nights only, and were noisy banging doors and talking loudly at all hours. But overall a very good hotel. Will definitely return"
