"Without doubt this is the most luxurious experience I've ever had. My husband and I had two wonderful nights at Rippinvale Retreat in Hanmer Springs. From our arrival when there was home made baking, to wine and canapés at 6pm to chocolates on our pillow at night, our hosts Helen and John, couldn't have made us feel more welcome. "Nice place for a couple wanting practical stay and walk to teh lovely thermal pool in hanmer springs. Just be mindful that the road is main road and at early morning big trucks are driving pass so the front rooms close to road could be a challenge for light sleepers. SO take note of that when booking and mention that in the special request when booking. "
