The home is very small/cozy with updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We did have trouble getting the bedrooms to not to get to hot, halfway through the night we figure out how to keep the temp down. based on furnace set-up and uneven floors it was apparent the home had been added onto over the years. "

"We were only in for one night. Our son was visiting a local college for the night and this house popped up in our hotel search. The available chain hotels had Horrible reviews and this house had lots of great reviews, so we booked. Great price, great location for where we needed to be, quiet, clean, comfortable. If our son decides to come here for college, we will be booking often. "

"We we were blown away by how beautiful snd well appointed the property was! I've been to amazing getaway vacations, and thus property ranks with the best. So many details were thought of and the amenities were outstanding - it truly was like a beautiful home away from home. "

"Beautiful old home near downtown Tiffin. Bedroom is upstairs. Lots of things to prepare a meal. Great owner to work with and great communication!"

"We were in Ohio to visit family and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place was perfectly tucked away in a nice area, beautifully decorated and was a great choice for us. Only recommendation is to have better cleaning prior to stays. Some areas such as the fridge were not cleaned although most of the unit was clean. May be helpful to add more towels for multiple guests, and have hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small things, awesome place!!"
