"I cannot tell you how much this property distinguished itself because of its staff. I travel for business, all around the world, and I don’t think I’ve ever visited a hotel with a staff so welcoming and warm. Check-in was friendly and a breeze, but they really distinguished themselves on the morning crew. Starting with Karen (?) in breakfast to the precious young lady working front desk (sorry, I wish I got her name), we were blown away.
