"Hard to review stay as I was suffering from after effects (but clear) of recent Novo contracted in UK as lost 8-9 lbs. So did not due what I expected to do & 1/2 way thru stay started to pick up. Room, staff breakfast very good. Had nice trip to Santa Maria they provide for free. Pool fine but used less than expected as not up to it. Snorkelled in small bay up from reception. Good first 2 days last day churned up so visibility issues. Very nice walks N & S of resort on or near beach which I could not exploit as much as wished. Nice meals in afternoon N of reception. Good Super Mercardo on site S of reception"

"The apartment is large, comfortable very well equiped, has everything you need for a self catering holiday in a lovely resort and area in Sal. The bed is comfortable. Aircon was a life saver. Kitchen has everything, even an airfryer. "

"The resort have couple of restaurants, a supermarket and a beach. You can take a bus or rent a car, but this is a walking distance from downtown. Overall value is excellent. "

"The beach here is amazing, hotel seems quite full but plenty of space for all the guests across different pools and the beach. The beach is something for a post card, great sand clear water. Hotel is really relaxing with things to do for all. "

"With this property you get the best of both worlds- you get to enjoy all the resort facilities: pools, tennis courts, kids club, entertainment, gym, beaches etc but don’t have to pay all inclusive prices and you can go to town, get to see the shops, markets and restaurants and try out the delicious seafood. It’s worth bringing any frozen meat you would like in your suitcase but other than that you can get what you need in the supermarket"

"Check-in was easy. Villa is in a great location near the beach with fantastic sea views upstairs. Very spacious and modern. In need of a bit of work in places so not 5* like Dubai but this is Africa and if you are not too fussy then you will really enjoy this villa which is great value for money."
