"Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. "This property is huge and is in an excellent location for exploring this region of Portugal. The views from this villa are just breathtaking and you would never get tired of them. A car is a must as it is located at the edge of a quiet hilltop village but there is lots to see and do within short driving distance in any direction.
