"It’s a cute Granny Flat at the rear of the owner’s property. Nicely set back from the road with a fully fenced yard for kids or pets. Very clean with all the basic amenities you’ll need for a weekend away. "

"This place looks great on paper and I don’t know Windsor well so didn’t know what kind of neighbourhood it was in. It’s a tiny house behind a bustling, which means you squeeze past overflowing garbage cans to get to it. Not a great start. It’s obviously been renovated and looks nice but the couch was uncomfortable. We didn’t try the beds because we moved out just over an hour after we arrived. "Outstanding Service and Support in a Challenging Situation I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Windsor Hotel & Suites and was deeply impressed by the exceptional service from the hotel staff. During my stay, I accidentally drove down an icy ramp in the parking area and couldn’t get back up. After calling CAA and learning it would take over an hour for assistance, I reached out to the hotel for help. The staff responded immediately and went above and beyond to assist me. They came with salt to melt the ice and even shoveled the ramp to ensure I could safely drive out. Their kindness, quick action, and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation much easier. While my car did sustain minor damage from sliding into a wall, I am incredibly grateful for the staff’s efforts, which ensured my safety and allowed me to resolve the issue quickly. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Windsor Hotel & Suites, not only for its comfortable amenities but for the exceptional care and dedication of its staff. Their support during a difficult moment made all the difference."

Four Points by Sheraton Windsor Downtown

"Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. Good food in hotel restaurant. Specious rooms. Some noise from the outside, but that’s what you get when hotel is located in the city. Easy parking for small cars but more difficult for large SUV’s and trucks. Overall I like it and would stay again. "
