"My wife and i stayed for 2 nights for our sons wedding. All i can say is that the staff were out of this world. We travelled a long way with a wedding cake in the car, and we had a disaster... it toppled. When we arrived late on the evening, the night shift could not have been more helpful. They gave us some bits to attempt to rebuild.... but we are no bakers. They put our cake in the fridge for us to attempt after some much needed sleep. In the morning, Antonio, the day shift manager, was as amazing as the night shift. He asked the chef for help or advice, and Sarah (the chef), went above and beyond by not only helping, but actually fixing the entire cake. Thanks to the amazing staff, a major disaster was averted. Thank you all for being so amaing. "

"Perfect stay, thank you. Easy to find, simple free parking right by, quick easy check in process, lovely spacious room, great layout for families, having a fridge is amazing help, fantastic breakfast that included a great range so catered easily for all of us as there was something everyone could enjoy - especially the fresh fruit. Big bonus points for it all being vegetarian too. So quiet and tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the town. Extra points for the cat providing warm cuddles. Would recommend this place. Thanks for the lovely stay. "

"Very exceptional stay at Riverside. Lovely big room, well heated and very comfortable. Beautiful view from the bar terrace and lovely staff. We were told our breakfast was included mistakenly, however the hotel allowed us to have coffee and tea. Highly recommend! "

"An old coaching inn well sited in Salisbury very close to the city centre and close to Cathedral and other historical sites. The hotel is very comfortable with well equipped rooms. "
