"The property is clean. I love the woodsy logged look. Smelled clean and the front desk staff was courteous. The room I had was spacious and even had a massage chair which believe me I took the liberty of using. It is very quiet. I didn't hear a peep. The main building has a pool and Sauna. You get a decent free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. "

"My best friend and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend of 4/11/25 for one of my friends wedding. When I walked in, the true atmosphere of the hotel was absolutely great! the staff was absolute fantastic! I also want to thank the staff for being so nice, helpful and cordial. Especially staff member Westyn at the front desk. "Great stay at the Iowa House. Great access to campus and restaurants and my daughters apartment - able to walk. Breakfast was good. Loved that there were snacks and water or coffee or tea available all hours."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this sweet spot. It was cozy and comfortable and well-stocked. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. We had everything we need and were close to lots of places. Parking and arrival were easy. On-site laundry was a bonus. Thanks so much!"

"Grand Stay appears to be a newer facility so everything was very clean and functional. My needs are pretty simple: a comfortable bed and working shower. The suite was far more than I needed, but would be quite suitable for a longer stay. The parking lot is rather small and not very convenient for parking my car and small trailer."
