"Stylish room (although perhaps a bit style-over-substance e.g. mirror was offset from basin which made it difficult to shave) in interesting building. Lovely surrounding area. Great bar/restaurant nearby. The 'welcome' was poor. Room was cold (heating had clearly not been on for awhile ) and took a while to heat up. The lighting system took awhile to work out even with help from the receptionist. There was no shampoo or soap for the shower. There was no milk to go with the coffee facilities. The...
