Housekeeping was immaculate throughout our stay — everything was spotless and attended to with great care. Every single staff member we encountered, from reception to breakfast staff, the Executive Lounge team, and the concierge desk, was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They are truly a credit to the Taj brand. The location in JLT is excellent — convenient, scenic, and well connected to all that Dubai has to offer.
