"This hotel is only a BnB. There are only 2 floors in the building with their rooms. NO reception and concierge service. Condition is ok. The surrounding area has some nice restaurants. They need to do better on amenities. Cleanliness needs to improve as well. Overall, it is a good price for my family."

"It was an amazing stay! Facility is very secure and room is well equipped. In the beginning, it was difficult to get in due to some miscommunication between APM and Hotels.com not sending the proper email. This required a phone call directly to the property which was then quickly resolved. Everything else was perfect."

"The hotel staff is great extremely nice and eager to help. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 I would highly suggest purchasing it. The attention to detail was great as well for example, the room keys were made of wood, which I think is a very nice touch. Next time I come to Osaka, I will definitely be staying here again. It also is in a very good location for anything that would want to be done during the night."
