"The hostess had great communication, was responsive and offered recommendations for local attractions. It was a lovely location and I’m sure the area would be much more lively during the summer, we went off-season and it was quite cold but still a beautiful view! "L'appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement. La robinetterie n'est pas de bonne qualité. La douche laisse à désirer. La literie n'est pas top concernant le lit individuel. Le mobilier n'est pas en très bon état. Le quartier est très bruyant et il a fait très chaud dans l'appartement. Le point positif est que l'appartement est à proximité de la plage."

"La agencia estupenda en amabilidad y eficacia. Tuvimos un problema de colapso de taxis y ellos nos ayudaron. Hay confusión en la hora de entrega de llaves en la propia agencia, porque la salida del apartamento y la entrega de llaves no es la misma cosa, pero parece que sí es en la misma franja de hora. La casa me pareció demasiado sencilla. Faltaban algunas cosas que hubieran venido bien como toldos en la terraza, algún utensilio práctico de la cocina... Un poco vieja ya. El primer día olieron...

"This is a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with a super host, in Maria, who was helpful and attentive. Great location close to the excellent beach, with parking close by and only a short walk to bars and restaurants. With plenty of living space and the two bathrooms it was great for our family of four and would easily accommodate seven. With a car, it’s a short drive to larger shops in Gandia and Oliva town. Overall highly recommended."

"Tengo 73 años y este ha sido el peor apartamento en el que he estado, y he estado en muchos. Las ventanas de las habitaciones y las puertas de las terrazas no cerraban ninguna. El olor a wáter público en todo el apartamento era insoportable.. .faltaban utensilios básicos en la cocina, el microondas en la terraza del lavadero, decoración desastrosa en general. Creo que no escojeré nunca más un apartamento con ustedes. no cerraban ninguna."

"It was nice to have the studio apartment & the option of laundry. Quick glance all looks well. The bedding had a “sour” smell like the sheets were left in the washing machine for days then dried. The towels were fine, no bad odour. The front load washing machine was wet & damp upon opening it. After wiping it clean & leaving the door open for a day, it was better. Front load washing machines will always breed mold & bacteria if left closed after a wash is completed & not allowed to air...
