"We had a wonderful family holiday at Finca Craig. One week towards the end of October 2024. 6 adults and children aged 7 and 4 years old and an infant 5 months. The house has great accommodation with a very well equipped kitchen. With the mixed ages having 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs was ideal. "Apartment was easy to find, access and very clean. Communication from the Hotels team was good but prior to the stay I got emailed twice and then Whatsapp’d to fill out check in information, which I’d already completed online. This was a bit frustrating. There was enough equipment for two but some amenities such as tea, sugar and maybe some bottled water would have have been nice. There was a loud pump we think that was to do with the hot water, but seemed to be linked to another apartment too...
