"We had a lovely stay. The location is great, in the woods along a quiet lane. Very quiet. Connected to nature. The cottage is very small but nice and cosy and great for two people. Bed is comfy. Shower is great. And a shed to keep bikes. All good. Will come again!"

"We looked with enthusiasm at our holiday. But were terribly let down: (1) car parking was a problem (2) accommodation was basic with no "Visitors Book" to leave comments (3) beds were uncomfortable (4) cooking utensils were sparse. When we normally rent there is always a bottle of wine, a few biscuits or snacks and other bits and pieces to get started. Never Again."

"We were very lucky with the weather which helps but we love the area as there is always something to do. The cottage was spotless and has all amenities (apart from washing machine no space ) and there was a very nice cake awaiting us as well as tea ,coffee and milk . Parking was fine on quiet street and the garden is a delight. The owner kindly reminded us about the steep stairs but we managed as we did with downstairs bathroom. Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay in New Forest."

"My family and I stayed at the French Mill Granary for 3 nights. We really enjoyed it. Our teenage daughter slept in the gypsy caravan which she loved. The garden was fabulous (our dog loved to run and discover various parts) and the swing was a hit. Everyone was very helpful giving us ideas about the places we could visit. We really enjoyed the Isle of Wight and staying at the the Granary which is in a very good location to travel around. Thank you"

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset."

"Good locations. Check-in and access and communication was all great. Recliner chairs in the lounge were nice (worth noting there’s only four of them so any additional people would have to sit on dining chairs). Our five year old loved the bunk beds! Having the enclosed garden was helpful with two young kids. The place needs a really good clean though. Found hairs and crumbs all over the place, and needed to wash some of the cutlery before using it. The main bed sags a bit in the middle bed,...
