"Hotel Albana was an excellent hotel and I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel has great amenities including the restaurant, foyer bar and lounge, and the spa which was modern, very clean and included a dry sauna, steam room, outdoor cedar hot tub, and a cold plunge. "Location was good. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The hotel can work on making the entrance to the hotel more visible. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel."

"This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "
