Everyone was so nice and helpful, plus they did speak a bit of English or other languages. Also, the local bus was very close to the hotel to take into St. Moritz. "This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure.
