"I live in Maryland and wanted to book a few days in Florida to escape the cold. Stephen’s house was just what we needed. Very comfortable and clean - and in a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the lake - or local shopping. My husband and teenager both enjoyed our visit. I would definitely recommend this rental. Our favorite places were Born and Bread (walkable) and Munn Park (very short drive away)"

"This home is brand new! Very modern and decorated beautifully. This home is maybe 5 minutes away from Legoland and any stores you might need.Our property manager responded to our messages right away and was very kind and professional. He was even able to get us checked in a little early since we were tired from our long drive.The coordinates for the home are a little confusing, but it is only necessary because the home and the community are so brand new that google doesnt know the address...

"Everything about the home was exactly as stated online. The pool area was great with wide sliding doors making a huge opening. The lake in the background was a beautiful backdrop. Very easy drive to Legoland. The owner was very helpful and responsive toany inquiries. "

"The property is clean, and supplied nice starters, like coffee pods, creamers, water bottles to get you started. The driveway next to the house was nice to get out of the street. Communication with property owner was easy. The bed was comfortable, and plenty of linens. Some of the neighbors looked a little shady, but was quiet and no problems."
