"I enjoyed my stay very much. The bed were comfortable. I worked while here and the internet was great. The kitchen is a bit small but adequate for 1-2 people. The house is located in the BACK of the main house which is hard to find in the dark but with help from friendly neighbors I found it. "

"I have to say this was probably my most favorite stay at a VRBO property. This cabin is adorable and it’s clear how well loved and cared for it is by the owners! The only thing to note is that the stairs are rather steep but that’s because it is a three story A-frame cabin so it comes with the territory (but may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues though our 86yo granny did just fine). The location was great as downtown was a 5 min walk away and less than 20 min drive to downtown Eau Claire. "Our family of 9 (5 adults, 4 grandkids) had the pleasure of staying at the historic Demmler house in Eau Claire for our annual holiday getaway. We all loved the home's character definitely recommend a stay here to anyone. The beds were all comfortable, the whole house was well-appointed, and the host was welcoming and gracious.
