"Stayed for a football weekend there was 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean . You are in the basement of someone’s house you can hear them at time talking but we had our own private entrance actually never saw the owners . Pictures are as shown no large fridge only a dorm size fridge made it tough to prepare for tailgating foods . We only used the place as somewhere to sleep. Owner was very quick with a response. "This place is so Amazing,perfect location so close to ski mountain,think was about 1 mile! After our day of skiing, place was so warm and cozy,comfy bed.Restaurant next door.Excellent communication with host. WiFi and full stock kitchen.Only wishing could stayed longer.Hoping able stay again,even to see in the summer.Area was Beautiful and scenic mountains at Blue Knob."

"Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. "

"Spent four nights, with this Clearfield property being our home base, from which to visit my wife’s brother and some of her high school classmates in the Morrisdale/Philipsburg area. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bath. Smaller TV in the living area has cable. TV in bedroom sits too low to enjoy in bed. Bed is firm and comfortable. "We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and this worked out fine. The location was great for getting to IUP. Definitely a bare bones kind of place, no napkins or even paper towels. No shampoos or soaps, and half of the light bulbs did not work. The traffic noise was very loud with the air conditioning units still in the windows. But it was pretty clean and we only needed a place to sleep."
