The cottage is minutes away from the Missisquoi National Wildlife Reserve and Lake Champlain boat launch. There is so much to do here and it’s perfect for people who enjoy fishing, kayaking, birding, or walking nature trails. The cottage was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. We’ll be back."

"The property was a beautiful stay, my family and I quite enjoyed it. The lack of Tv on the property allowed my family to spend more time talking together and going outside. Because of the equipment available, i was able to go paddle boating for the very first time. We also enjoyed making all lot of great food on the outdoor firepit. "The lake was wonderful! The dock, kayak, canoe, yard games, and sun porch were very nice. The entire inside was beyond disgusting, and despite reaching out to the property manager several times, and being told help was coming, none ever came. Our sheets had dog hair, dirt, and debris ALL through them, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, every window had cobwebs and loads of dead bugs, the door was broken, and everything was as “janky”.
