"It is a very nice hotel with excellent service and kind employees. The building and amenities are very modern and the hotel is in a convenient part of town. I didn’t like the orientation of the bathroom and found it to be difficult to have space to get ready in the morning."

"Nice updated rooms, awesome location. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning crew. They need do not disturb signs. The cleaning folks knocked sometimes at 7:30 am!! They even called me on the phone at one point and hanging up. Besides that amazing stay!"

"Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor)."
