"This is not any ordinary holiday apartment,it is a home in every sense of the word and has all the creature comforts that a home provides.Got to be the best we have stayed at.The description of the property is accurate except one is given the impression that the balcony faces the sea when in fact it is at the rear....Franz (the owner) is extremely helpful and likeable.He also owns the Der Osterreicher restaurant on the esplanade which is well worth a visit and staffed by members of the family"

"We had an amazing time at the property. Everything was extremely clean and we found we had all we needed for self catering with the added bonus of being able to bring our dogs. Loved the views to the ocean and the proximity to bars, restaurants and the beach. Altea is a beautiful place and we especially enjoyed NYE in the old town square. The only things we weren’t keen on were the toilet off the lounge and no toilet in the en-suite. Also the direction of the balcony. It was winter but we barely...
