"The riverfront locations is perfect and the room was perfect. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy to get across the river for attractions. The staff was helpful and the room was very clean."

"This is a very nice hotel with great amenities, the only problem was the parking - we didn’t know it was across the street from the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is a one-way and is incredibly busy during rush hour, so we had to circle a couple of times before getting parked. We walked back from downtown in the evening and the area felt safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The staff were all very friendly and chatty and more than willing to help. They even gave us a free upgrade upon arrival. It’s great that the hotel put out free cake, tea and coffee for guests for an hour each day. We also loved the happy hour each day! Valentina’s restaurant onsite was also very nice. Overall a beautiful hotel in a great location. I would definitely recommend it!"
