"We had a very enjoyable stay at La Joya. Despite the flooding of only a few days before, the property was in an excellent condition and the access roads were fine. Jose and his family were very helpful with the few minor problems that we had and they sorted them immediately. We would definitely look to stay there again if we are coming to the area. "The beauty of the setting and the property itself is stunning. The owners have worked to provide a gorgeous setting with a lot of room and a stand-out decor. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed and the views are simply gorgeous. The owner greeted us personally and made sure that we knew just where we were going and where we could obtain provisions and go out to eat. That was a very nice feature. "We had a lovely time here, however I had to give a good scrub to the sink as was really dirty. We were unable to rent the car from the night we arrived and it was a challenge to get an Uber. Other than these we really enjoyed our time here"

"Villa well appointed, and well kitted out. however although it said it was air conditioned, this did not apply to the two twin bedrooms and after 2 nights of very little sleep, 3 of the party of 7 had to move to sleep in the lounge/dinning room as far to hot to sleep without air con. Also the surrounding properties had guard dogs that barked continuosly from about 22:00 until 6 am everynight, so sleep was very limited. Which is a shame as rules of the house states no excessive noise after 10pm,...

"Sedastian and his wife looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa is so well located we were able to travel all over the Malaga region. "The resort is huge and very pleasant. We went in Jan so it was quiet. The beach is a 5 min walk away via a tunnel. There was a small supermarket opposite our apartment so that was handy. The pool is heated and a few mins walk away from our set of apartments and there is ample parking. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very kind! The apartment for some maybe dated however for us it was quirky. It was split level and had ok views towards the sea. Overall it was value for money,...

"The overall experience was good. Just a little issue for the check in as I couldn't get the access codes on time because I wasn`t able to indicate that I was the only guest, not finding the way to change the number of guests (from 2 to only 1) and skip the part where it required to enter the information for a 2nd guest. It was resolved once I've found the Whatsapp support QR code in the elevator to be able to communicate with someone and have some help. Otherwise, I really liked the apartment...
