"DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy being kept up all night by the noise from the discoteques across the street and disturbed all day by the onslaught of noise and vibrations from the huge construction project going on in part of the building. Massive construction project ( entire new building) is underway on the same site - it shares a wall with the rental building. From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. the sound of drilling was constant and unbearable. Fantastic hotel, above and beyond service!

"It’s a fantastic hotel and very well maintained. The price is very reasonable. The lifts are so fast 11 floors up in no time. They let us book in well early (11 o’clock) as the room was ready which was excellent service as we only went to put our bags in!! The reception man went over and above to make us feel welcome. The food is plentiful and lots of choice you wouldn’t go hungry that’s for sure and it’s a fantastic 8 till 1:30 time slot, and to top it off you can have a early breakfast and go back for coffee or lunch! "

Beautiful hotel

"Very beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms maintained really well. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Bar prices were a little high compared to the local area but that what you expect in a 5 star hotel. The only thing I didn’t really rate was the value for money of the use of the spa. The massage was great but the use of the water circuit was overpriced for what it is."

"The hotel is fantastic, the staff was so friendly, the food spread was delicious and variable. The breakfast was my favourite, fresh guacamole, amongst other things, was the best way to start the day! For those wanting to travel by bus there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre. There is also a QR code listed at the stop which tells in how many minutes the bus will arrive at the stop, this is extremely handy for planning the departure time from sitting in your hotel room! "
