"The television turned itself on during the middle of the night. It was loud and in the living room area. My husband, who is a light sleeper, got out of bed and turned it off. It took him over an hour to fall asleep again. Shortly after falling asleep, loud footsteps were heard from above our bedroom. Needless to say, we were not well-rested for our 9:00 am business meeting. There was no trash can in the kitchen / living room. There were no paper towels in the in the kitchen. The Onsen...
