"Perfekter Aufenthalt: Empfangen vom deutsch sprechenden Vermieter, Unterkunft besser als beschrieben (Überdachung über dem Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse inzwischen vorhanden). Vermieter gab uns Tipps zum Essen gehen, einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Handtuch- und Wäschewechsel nach unseren Bedürfnissen erfolgte perfekt. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, reagierte auf alle Sonderwünsche sofort. Kurzum: Perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert."

"Dimitri and his wife were extremly kind, helpful and welcoming, we felt really at home. The house is spacious, clean and well furnished. The rooms are comfortable,with leisure beds, the kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is great to spend time all together.The garden is a real strength, well maintained and wonderful and there you can find a spacious pool where you can swim in the hottest times. "We can not thank our host enough! From prompt communication, to meeting us upon arrival she was very accommodating. She supplied us with everything we could need and more! Tons of supplies for our baby, recommendations for restaurants and the property manager kept everything looking clean and tidy every morning. "We loved staying at the beautiful house "seagulls" for 2 weeks in august.It has an aboluetly breathtaking view, from both of the balconies and you can walk to a beautiful beach within 5 minutes.We loved spending our days there! "We had an amazing holiday at Seaview. Ira was exceptionally friendly and helpful, contacting us few days before the holiday and providing all the information we needed. The villa is very modern and well equipped and the views are breathtaking. The local area is a nature reserve and is very beautiful and Athens with all its attractions is a short car ride away. "The property is as nice as the pictures and in many ways better. You are a 10 minute walk from a lovely little village with 4-5 tavernas, depending on the day of the week. "Cabo Verde was very clean, quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced and convenient. Pretry views! The staff was welcoming, professional and friendly. The only thing that needs attention is the shower head in our room, which was cracked and sprayed out toward the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay. "

Private villa w/ large pool, walking distance from beach, near Athens

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Koralia. A beautiful home and garden with a fabulous pool. Our flight into Athens was delayed by 3 hours and we can't thank the owner enough ,who waited until 11:30pm for us to arrive! And on top of that his Mother had cooked a delicious Pistatsio for us which was very welcome after a very long day travelling. The beautiful beach was just 5 minutes walk from the house, with many places to eat and shop a short walk along the seafront. There are several places of historical interest nearby, but equally if you want to just relax, the pool and garden are perfect for this. We also enjoyed feeding and looking after the resident 'stray' cats... All in all a lovely holiday, and we would highly recommend a stay here."
