"We had an amazing break initially going just to relax and enjoy some jacuzzi pool time but instead from the first minute finding a welcoming professional but family feel. The room was spotless and welcoming all newly refurbished only one thing I’d ask for was a couple of shelf’s up to put clothes on otherwise nothing else was missed. Other half who is a clean freak was really impressed especially by how clean the mirrors were not one streak on them something that is nothing to others but made his dayx the pool was lovely and just perfect the spa amazing and relaxing the sauna was offt roasting (the point I believe) all again spotless I waved to the gym on the way past 😂 looked good had few people working away in it. The bar was spotless plenty of seating for everyone comfy seats included an amazing display of cakes and pies xx down to how closely the owners and staff of the bar kitchen and event/function suit are working hard together to get everything up and running was amazing the passion in everyone involved was amazing unfortunately the kitchen wasn’t open for hot food as yet they are working really hard to have it opened for this Sunday (Mothers Day) which we are hoping to return to support and enjoy with them we also are hoping to have a weekend a month break. A friendly place with so much to come watch this space. Can’t wish them enough good luck that they deserve "

"Nice, comfy hotel in a great accessible location in Dundee. Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and had a great night’s sleep. Only detractor to the ground floor double room that we stayed in was a slightly creaky hallway, which let in a bit of noise during the day / morning. This wasn’t an issue at night and didn’t affect the stay much at all! Thanks to the staff for making the stay a comfortable one!"

"Lovely place, very central. Adapted room, very hot. Also, smelt of stale urine, although the room was very clean. Parked in 1 of only 2 disabled bays and in the morning had to ask reception to get a car moved (not disabled) from the bay next to ours as we couldn't get into our car. Bit disappointing. "
