We loved travelling up the canal and to the lake in the rowing boat and also enjoyed day trips to Amsterdam and Utrecht! We would love to come back! "This boathouse was perfect for my partner and I! We took public transportation into Amsterdam everyday (20 minute walk to the bus stop, then a 10 minute bus ride, then a 30 minute tram ride to city center) it was so nice to come back to a quite place right on the water afterwards to relax. The only downsides were that there were no soap in the hand soap dispensers and that the public laundry was out of order, other than that it was perfect! Thank you!"

"Wonderful hosts. Helped find a Dr. when we showed up sick and it turned out to be a very quick and easy Dr. office to go to. Helped with bags and left lots of necessities in the fridge. got back to us really quickly with any questions. Lovely view of the canal. I always wanted to stay on a canal. Grocery stores and tram lines are close. Lovely and interesting city."

"Property in an amazing safe location - walkable to the centre (15/20 mins) or can get a tram which is 1 minute walk away. Lovely bar on the corner for pre drinks with v friendly staff. Host very helpful a week before we arrived answering all my questions and also during our stay. We only stayed 2 nights so the apartment ticked all our boxes as we didn’t spend a lot of time there.The only negative thing about the property is the ceiling lights didn’t seem to work so was quite dark and would...
