"The property has a nice pool and a view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good. The only note that others might want to know is that if you have car- check in first then move your car to parking lot two (P2). The parking costs 22 euros per day. If you plan to see the Alhambra you must book the tickets way in advance. At certain times of year, it is impossible to get a ticket upon arrival. "

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. "The property is good, clean and centrally located on the flat area 1 min from the ticket office. However there is no parking and it is not really obvious from the large underground car park (which is underneath the hotel and you can see it as you arrive) how to access the hotel - instructions could be provided. We had to wait 10 mins ringing the door bell and finally calling the manager for someone to let us in, the safe did not work in the room, and we were not expecting room 2 to be bunk...
