"We enjoyed our stay immensely! The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and well equipped. We felt very much at home and could easily relax and unwind. Sophie and Denis were so welcoming and helpful with numerous ideas of places to go. The sole problem was that a week was simply not enough time to do all that we wanted in this beautiful region. "Enjoyable 12 day stay in this well appointed apartment which provided a lovely base to explore Pamplona and the surrounding area. Parking was an essential for us. This modern apartment suited our needs. Nuria and Miguel were very welcoming and helpful keeping in touch with us during our stay."

"The property is rustic French and was perfectly OK in that milieu, but the external features were disappointing. The hedges were not cut and we’re untidy. The grass surrounding had not been cut and it generally did not look as smart as the web images suggested. I enjoyed my visit and as a pied-a-terre it was fine, but the owners need to improve the exterior. Having said all that I enjoyed my stay and only mention these concerns to help the owners."

"We stayed here because of the 4/ 5 star rating reviews , for us it did not stand up to portrayed as that. The veranda is very nice , but the bedrooms and bathroom has no natural light. Sophie and Denis are very nice hosts , and will help you in any way they can . The village of ASCAIN is very good for numerous walks , and you have a good choice of bars and restaurants , which is 5mins by car , and the coast is not too far away. The goats and chicken are lovely"

"We very much enjoyed our 2 weeks' stay. The apartment is very comfortable, roomy & well-equipped. It also has a spacious covered terrace (complete with both a comfy seating area & a dining area). Whilst the very pleasant owners live on the ground floor, they were not in the least intrusive (+ the apartment has a separate entrance)."

"Très joli cadre et belle situation au calme, mais ménage et propreté très sommaires et manque d’ustensiles dans la cuisine, aucun étendoir pour accrocher le linge à l’intérieur. Pour manger à l’extérieur dommage qu’il faille aller si loin pour rejoindre la table en pierre."

"D'abord, il a fallu contacter le propriétaire pour connaitre l'adresse de la location? De plus, le couloir donnant accès n'est pas éclairé, d'ou pb pour ouvrir la porte. Ensuite, le chauufage de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas (pas de notice).La TVest tombée en panne au bout de 2 jours et il a fallu que j'en achète 1.Le plus "nul": il était fait mention d'un jardin!! Il existe mais est innaccessible car non entretenu (herbes hautes). En qq mots, cette location ne vaut pas le prix demandé....

"This house is incredible. I've never stayed in a place as beautifully crafted and in such a beautiful rural setting. We cooked 4 nights as well and found the kitchen and outdoor grill to be well stocked. Our group was a family of 4 - kids were 18 and 14 years old. During our 5 nights stay we visited the nearby French Basque towns (including Espelette), we day-tripped to San Sebastian, went to Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz, and Hendaye. Really fun week!"
