"The hotel is well located right in the center of Buenos Aires; however this brings with it a very high noise level. We stayed on the 7th floor and still could hear a lot of noise from the streets. The room was very dark with windows that wouldn't open properly. Staff could not be faulted. Whatever was asked of them, they did without question; although the breakfast was very 'cake' oriented which was not really what was required at that time of day."
