"Good location close to rail and bus terminal. Breakfast offered excellent choices. Room air conditioning was not working so it was warm inside the room. We stayed here for five nights but it was only the last few days that house keeping gave us bottle water, a sign of inattentive house keeping. "

"Lovely property but I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to find out the sky bar was closed until 2025, this was not communicated prior to our stay and was not stated anywhere on the hotel listing prior to booking. The skybar was one of the main things that attracted us to the hotel when looking and had we known it wouldn’t be open we may have reconsidered this. "
