"The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well enough equipped for our cooking needs. Unfortunately the weather was not super dry so we couldn't use the grill as we planned. Neither of us were crazy about the sprial staircase. However we put up with it since we wanted to sleep upstairs in the king bed. Overall it was a wonderful house and we will stay again when we are in the area."

"Everything about our trip was pleasant. From the brownies that were left as a welcoming gift, to the cleanliness, to the comfortable bed, everything was spot on. The only recommendation I can make is to please put a window covering in the bathroom window. The lack of privacy, even though the window faced the back of the property, was a little uncomfortable. I ended up using a hanger and a T-shirt to block the window so it was not a big deal. Just an idea to consider. Thank you! "

"This property was just the right size for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had one good day of weather and spent it on the lake, however, the girls would have loved some pictures by the pool—it looked as if maybe it was in the process of being drained and then just left. It was green and not covered for winter yet. There is a nice fire pit area that we took advantage of several nights. Bring your own chairs! The driveway is a little narrow, but has ample parking. "Great weekend at the “Hutt.” Gathered here with friends and family to celebrate my 50th birthday. Awesome indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out, we really enjoyed the fire features, pickle ball and the movie theatre was quite the hit between classics and college football. I’d recommend to anyone and the host was very welcoming. "

"We stayed here 1/18-20 as we were far from home looking to purchase in the area. Our host, Jodi, was so warm and welcoming from our initial messaging through the end of our stay. She was so helpful and gave us a lot to think about moving there. We even got a little snow which being from FL are not accustomed to, but it looked like an idyllic winter wonderland, and she made sure we were prepared for the cooler temps and even gave us an update on the roads as she knew we planned to venture out...
