"Wonderfull clean and renovated 19th century bungalow. Super clean, great master bedroom and bath with comfy mattress. Petfect location, close to downtown Cedar Falls. Single downside was the tiny loft with tiny beds low ceiling. Good for kids only."

"Gathered the family for Uma’s 70th birthday celebration. Great house, lots of space, fantastic amenities, beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen. Kayaked the river. The sunrise was only exceeded by the sunset views. We all definitely want to return in summer. "

"Staying in this lovely space overlooking the Cedar River was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Meals on the deck with a gentle breeze, walks in the woods -- nature immersion with the fun of town just a step away. Tony couldn't have been kinder and the space has the most thoughtful guide for guests! We left replenished and renewed - *highly recommend."

"The property was very nice for our group, it was clean and updated. The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, maybe due to the construction on the city street. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it."

"I booked this house for the bridal party in a recent wedding I was in and it was perfect. The house far exceeded expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the second level was like its own hotel equipped with coffee maker and two giant vanities with mirrors in each room. The kitchen area also had plenty of room for the hair and makeup artists to do their thing the day of. Only thing I would recommend is an extra mirror in the basement bathroom/bedroom. "We enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. We rented the street-level apartment which was perfect for the four of us. The kids enjoye d the toys and we all had fun playing some board games. The place was very clean. There were some Asian beetles present but this was not unique to just this property. We saw them everywhere we went around Shell Rock, Waverly, Cedar Falls, etc. Just that time of the year. We would definitely stay again. saw them everyhey were "

"The property looked exactly the same as the pictures. Everything was in perfect working order and the cabin was exceptionally clean.
