"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

"Overall the place was clean and nice. Close to the subway. The stair climb up and down was a bit of a struggle especially with luggage. Would not pick this location if you have bad knees. The area was ok, we wish we were closer to the main Nyhavn area where all the bars and restaurants are. It’s not an area we felt we could let the teens wander.
