"Our third stay here was as good as ever. Great choice if you’re in the area. One minor detraction was the front desk Staff were less than welcoming when we arrived and were less loudly arguing amongst themselves when we checked out (not the same people). "

When we called about the noise (we didn’t know what it was), we were offered a room on the other side and given breakfast vouchers for our inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised and it was greatly appreciated."
